APPLICATION

Start by mixing a 2:1 ratio of part A resin to part B hardener curing agent into a plastic measuring container, then add colorant or metallic mixing powder to the mix.

Mix the contents for a MINIMUM of 3 to 4 minutes thoroughly and slowly and when ready pour into your project or casting project slowly to help reduce creating any air bubbles.

For optimal performance, both the coating and substrate should be maintained at 18 to 30°C (68-86°F) for 24 hours prior to beginning work. The same temperature range should be maintained during mixing.

Immediately pour all mixed coating onto the edges of the prepared surface and spread the material evenly with a notch squeegee. For the coating application use a lint free 6 mm nap roller to back roll the applied material to an even coat. Care should be taken not to over-roll the material as air may become entrapped in the coating. Allow to cure thoroughly overnight, drying time is 20-27 hours depending on temperature and humidity levels.

Note: When pouring over 6-9 gallons at a time with casting resin, using fans to aerate the air in the room will help the resins cure better, more consistently & will help prevent any exothermic heat reaction.
